Founder
Alison Lauder brings over 20 years of experience in the travel industry and a lifelong love of sport to Padel Dreams.
After graduating with a degree in Spanish and Portuguese, Alison began her career with a respected tour operator during its launch year in Portugal, managing destinations across the country from Madeira to the Azores. Her leadership and drive quickly saw her become the youngest area manager in the companies history.
She later served as Area Manager for Catalonia with another major travel brand, overseeing a large and complex region. Following her time in Spain, Alison worked freelance, delivering high-end corporate events for international clients in the Algarve.
A lifelong racquet sports enthusiast, Alison holds LTA Level 3 Tennis and Level 2 Padel coaching qualifications bringing both expertise and energy to every trip.
