Terms and Conditions of Sports Holidays Ltd (trading as Padel Dreams)
We are Sports Holidays Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 12189914.
Our registered office address is: Ingledew, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, LN10 6ST.
These terms and conditions form your contract with us for the provision of any Holiday services you book.
In this document, you and your include the lead-named person on the confirmation invoice (who must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking) and all persons on whose behalf you make a booking.

1. Definitions
- Holiday means any activity forming part of the services we offer.
- Holiday services means our service in providing a Holiday.
- Regulations means The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

2. The contract between us
- Sports Holidays Ltd offers various Holiday services. These terms apply to all bookings unless expressly stated otherwise.
- A contract comes into existence when we send you our confirmation invoice. At that point, you are committed to paying for your booking, and we are committed to providing the described Holiday.
- If we are unable to accept your booking, we will return your payment immediately.
- All bookings benefit from our full compliance with the Regulations.
- To book, we require a completed booking form (available on our website or by email) and a deposit. We will send confirmation by post or email. We may decline your booking for any reason, in which case we will return your payment within 14 days.

3. Your authority to book for others
- By booking on behalf of others, you confirm you have their authority to enter into this contract, and that you and they accept joint and several liability for compliance with these terms.
- You are responsible for ensuring all details on travel documents are correct and for communicating with all members of your party. We will deal exclusively with you as the lead passenger.
- We shall look solely to you for payments and communication.

4. What is included in the price?
- Travel from the meeting point to the return point (where stated).
- Accommodation and breakfast (unless otherwise specified in the itinerary).
- In some Holidays: court hire, green fees, tuition.
- In some Holidays: the services of one or more hosts.

5. What is not included?
- Flights to/from the destination.
- Costs incurred before arrival at the meeting point or after returning to the departure point.
- Travel insurance (which you must arrange yourself).
- Passports, visas, vaccinations, or medications.
- Food and drink beyond what is included in the itinerary.
- Gratuities beyond those we arrange on your behalf.

6. Holiday prices
- A non-refundable deposit of 35% is required at booking. In some cases this may be transferable to another Holiday. The balance is due no later than eight weeks before departure; otherwise, we may cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
- For bookings made within eight weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Once confirmed, your price will not change.

7. Special requests
- Special requests must be made in writing at the time of booking. While we endeavour to meet reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee this. Confirmed requests will be confirmed in writing at least six weeks before departure.

8. Minimum participants
- Some Holidays require a minimum number of participants. We may cancel any Holiday if the minimum number is not reached.
- If we cancel for this reason, all payments you have made to us will be refunded in full.
- We will notify you at least four weeks before departure if we must cancel for insufficient numbers.
- You agree these provisions are reasonable.

9. Changing your booking
- We will try to accommodate changes to your booking, but cannot guarantee this. Requests must be made in writing or by email. Changes are subject to a £70 administration fee plus any costs incurred. Costs may rise closer to the departure date.

10. Transferring your booking
You may transfer your booking to another person, subject to:
- The transferee meeting all conditions of the Holiday.
- Written notice at least seven days before departure.
- You and the transferee accepting joint and several liability for payment and costs of the transfer.
- Transfer fee: £100 if more than 30 days before departure, £200 if within 20 days.
- Flights are your responsibility; airlines may treat a transfer as cancellation and re-booking.
- We will not refund or compensate for unused parts of the Holiday.

11. Cancellation by you
- Cancellations must be in writing or by email (not by telephone). Cancellation charges will apply.
- If cancellation is due to an unavoidable event affecting the Holiday, we will not charge a cancellation fee.
- At our discretion, payments may be transferred to another Sports Holidays Ltd Holiday.
- Refunds (if due) will be paid within 14 days.
- Note: We strongly recommend you arrange insurance to cover cancellation costs.

12. If we cancel or change your Holiday
If we must change or cancel your Holiday, we will inform you as soon as possible. You may:
- Accept the change; or
- Accept an alternative Holiday of comparable standard; or
- Cancel for a full refund.
- We will not compensate you for minor changes beyond our control.
- If your balance has been paid, we will cancel only if unavoidable.

13. Complaints
- During your Holiday, contact our representative Alison Lauder, Ingledew, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, LN10 6ST.
- If unresolved, write to us within 14 days of your return, with full details of your Holiday and complaint.

14. Financial protection
- We do not provide flights and are therefore not ATOL-protected.
- We are members of the PTS Protected Trust Services Member number 6362

15. Booking without flights
- Your Holiday is not ATOL-protected.
- We do not provide insurance for Holidays or day trips — you must arrange this yourself.

16. Limitations of liability
We aim to make your Holiday special. However, we cannot accept liability if failure is due to:
- Your own carelessness or negligence.
- Medical emergencies.
- Local laws, culture, standards of service.
- Reasonable changes to itinerary or accommodation.
- Acts of third parties we could not foresee or avoid.
- Events beyond our control.
- International conventions may limit liability.
- Services not booked with us (even if arranged by our representative) are not part of our contract and we are not liable for them.
- You must arrange appropriate travel insurance before your Holiday.

17. Passports and visas
- You are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel and immigration documents for all destinations. We accept no responsibility for delays or issues arising from your failure to do so.

18. Your responsibilities
- Some Holidays require reasonable fitness and suitable footwear.
- Smoking restrictions apply in line with UK law, but may not apply in all countries we visit.
- If we provide medical help, you agree to reimburse us for costs.
- We reserve the right to exclude you from the Holiday if your behaviour threatens the health, safety, or enjoyment of others.

19. Third-party services
- Some services are provided by third parties with their own terms and conditions. We are not liable for problems if you disregard our advice about such services.

20. Miscellaneous
- We respect your privacy and process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, as detailed in Schedule 1.
- If any part of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
- Rights and obligations intended to continue after termination will do so.
- No delay or failure to exercise rights constitutes a waiver.
- Electronic communications are acceptable as written notice.
- Parties will attempt mediation before litigation.
- No third party has rights under this agreement.
Notices are deemed delivered:
- By hand: immediately.
- By post: within 72 hours.
- By email: within 24 hours unless non-receipt is notified.
- This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be resolved in its courts.
